Return
Please make sure you know how to use the product or you have a technical team to provide you with elevator repair services before purchasing. If you do not know the specific usage of this product, please contact us in advance.
If there is an after-sales problem that the product cannot be used due to a lack of technical knowledge, we can only provide technical support and cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Buyers must confirm the cause of the problem as soon as possible and actively accept remote technical guidance. A refund or return can only be made if the problem cannot be solved after receiving technical guidance. If the buyer refuses to follow the technical guidance provided by the seller to solve the problem, the seller is not obliged to make an unconditional refund.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please notice that products sold are not refundable or replaceable for non-quality requirements, and shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, original installation accessories and user manual, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt of your item, please check if it is delivered defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, in that case, please contact us immediately through Email (service@echoelevadorpartes.com), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). All non-refundable items have been labeled on product description pages, please read item details carefully before ordering and you can also get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific requirements.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
The refund will only be issued after the product has been returned and checked to meet the return conditions.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on the payment method you used). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
