Where a product cannot be used due to incorrect selection, improper installation, or insufficient technical expertise, the seller may provide technical support upon request. However, such circumstances shall not constitute grounds for return, replacement, or refund.

All prices displayed exclude import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and any other customs-related charges. These fees are assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities and shall be borne solely by the buyer.

For orders with a total shipment weight exceeding 30 kg, the buyer is required to contact the seller prior to checkout to obtain a confirmed shipping quotation. In cases where an order has already been paid, the seller reserves the right to reconfirm the final shipping cost and logistics carrier.
Any resulting adjustment to the order amount shall be communicated to the buyer in advance. Additional shipping charges may be settled via PayPal, bank transfer, or by placing a revised order.

To avoid discrepancies, the buyer is strongly encouraged to confirm the final order value with the seller before completing payment.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, products are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons unrelated to product quality. All customized or programmed products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Orders are normally shipped within 4-7 business days if the item(s) are in stock. If an item(s) is out of stock you will be notified by E-mail.

Small spare parts which under 2KG, can be delivered in several ways, which all depend on your preference.

All of the orders over 30KG please contact the customer service to get a real time quote before purchasing. If the order has been paid already, our customer service will e-mail you to confirm the real time shipping fee and the international logistic carrier. This action may increase the original order amount. You can pay the shipping fee by PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer, or place a new order after deleting the original one on the website. For your convenience, we sincerely recommend that you contact customer service to determine the final order amount before placing an order.

Elevator and escalator will be shipping by sea mostly, Max can load 5-6 elevators/40HQ, but only 1 escalator/40HQ normally (due to their different shapes). Shipping by sea will arrive from 10-50 days depending on final destinations.

The product is covered by 1-year warranty since purchase, except in the cases of artificial damage and misuses.
