Orders are normally shipped within 4-7 business days if the item(s) are in stock. If an item(s) is out of stock you will be notified by E-mail.

If the order has been paid already, our customer service will e-mail you to confirm the real time shipping fee and the international logistic carrier. This action may increase the original order amount. You can pay the shipping fee by PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer, or place a new order after deleting the original one on the website. Elevator and escalator will be shipping by sea mostly, Max can load 5-6 elevators/40HQ, but only 1 escalator/40HQ normally (due to their different shapes). Shipping by sea will arrive from 10-50 days depending on final destinations.

The product is covered by 1-year warranty since purchase, except in the cases of artificial damage and misuses.
