We had bought parts from them a few times before, small and cheap parts, like buttons, door sliders, etc., well just for testing. When we were sure that this was a very reliable company, we decided to buy a KONE Drive. Fortunately, we were not disappointed. The inverter was carefully packed and shipped in a wooden box, and is now in use and working well.
Easy to assemble, and it does what it's supposed to. It's made from sturdy PVC pipes and holds together well. The shipping cost is a little bit expensive due to the packing size, but it is a good barrier.
It needed an extra hand to put it together. Easy directions, lots of pieces. Purchased for maintenance work for multi-uses
Die Encoder funktionieren wie gewünscht, laufen spürbar sanfter als so manch andere Konkurenz-Encoder. Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unproblematisch. Würde ich gern wieder kaufen....
I have bought KONE spare parts 2 times at EEP because the price here was so good that I was willing to wait nearly a week for it. I work with a lot of suppliers locally even from China, but I am sure EEP is gonna be my first choice for purchasing elevator parts in the future.
