Orders are normally shipped within 4-7 business days if the item(s) are in stock. If an item(s) is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.

Orders to the US and Australia can be delivered in several ways, depending on your preference.

※Shipping Delays Affecting Certain Regions※

Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, transportation routes and airspace in certain regions are currently subject to disruptions. As a result, delivery times for shipments to the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the Balkan region cannot be guaranteed at this time.

This may affect all shipping methods, including international courier services, air freight, and sea freight. Carriers are making adjustments to routing based on real-time conditions, and shipments will be forwarded as soon as operational circumstances allow.

Effective March 20, a high-risk surcharge (war risk surcharge) of about $45 USD will be applied to shipments destined for Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Iran, Israel, and nearby regions.
This fee is not included in the order total; if you are a recipient located in the aforementioned regions, we will collect it separately after you place your order.

At present, we are unable to estimate when normal transit times will resume. We kindly recommend that customers take this situation into consideration and plan their procurement schedules accordingly.

*Custom/Tax Issues

Please make sure you are aware of your country's import tax policy before purchasing. Our store only charges you for the goods and international freight, and the import tax will be charged to you by the local customs when the goods arrive at the destination country. 

Each country has different customs clearance policies, and the tax rates are also different. There is no way for us to include reasonable taxes for each country in the shipping cost. Please understand.

We also have a duty-inclusive shipping method for certain European countries if you prefer not to pay customs duties. If you are willing to use this shipping method, you can send an email or WhatsApp message to let us know what you need instead of placing an order directly on the website, and our customer service will calculate the shipping cost for you.

Important Update: Changes to U.S. Import Tariffs (Effective Feb 24, 2026)

All American customers should be aware of the latest regulatory changes in the United States.
Starting at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on May 14, 2025, the reciprocal tariff on products originating in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, China, and Macao SAR, China will be reduced from 125% to 10% for 90 days.

  • New Section 122 Tariff: Following a recent court ruling, a new 10% temporary tariff has been implemented under Section 122 of the Trade Act, effective February 24, 2026. This tariff applies to most global imports, including goods from China.
  • Duration: This temporary measure is currently scheduled for a 150-day period, expiring around July 24, 2026, unless further extended by legislative action.
  • Total Estimated Duties: Combined with the existing Section 301 tariffs (25%), the cumulative duty rate for most elevator components imported into the U.S. is currently approximately 35%.

To improve delivery efficiency, all economy shipping options to Australia have been upgraded to SF Express.
Estimated transit time has been shortened to 4–5 business days.

 

*Package Weighted over 20.5KG

Since we have discounts for heavy goods, the shipping fee for goods larger than 20.5kg will be much cheaper than that for goods around 9kg-20kg. In other words, if your order has a total weight of 20.5kg, the shipping fee may be lower than the shipping fee for an order of around 9kg.

For all of the orders over 20.5KG please contact customer service to get a real-time quote before purchasing. If the order has been paid already, our customer service will e-mail you to confirm the real-time shipping fee and the international logistic carrier. This action may increase the original order amount. You can pay the shipping fee by PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer, or place a new order after deleting the original one on the website. For your convenience, we sincerely recommend that you contact customer service to determine the final order amount before placing an order. 

 

*Peak Season Surcharge of DHL and FedEx

To ensure operational continuity during periods of high demand, DHL and FedEx will be activating a Demand Surcharge(formerly known as Peak Season Surcharge) effective October 1st, 2025, until February 16, 2026.
This demand surcharge will increase the shipping cost of your order. We appreciate your understanding. 

Therefore, we sincerely recommend you check the shipping costs with our customer service team before placing an order. We will recommend the most suitable shipping method for you based on the specific products you need and the urgency of the order.

The peak season surcharge is approximately:
- Asia region...............$0.2 USD/kg
- Pacific Ocean...............$0.49 USD/kg
- European region...............$3.42 USD/kg
- Americas region...............$2.96 USD/kg
- Africa and the Middle East...............$2.55 USD/kg
- Other countries:  $1.43 USD/kg


*Package Contains Light Curtain

All orders that include light curtains need to contact customer service in advance to determine the actual shipping cost because the length of the light curtain will incur an over-length surcharge of about $75 USD. For some countries, DHL mandates that the light curtain products must be packed in export wooden boxes, which will result in wooden box packaging fees and additional weight.

Although the actual weight of the light curtain is only 2.8 KG, because the length is more than 2 meters, the actual weight of the freight is about 4 KG. We recommend you buy more than 10 pieces at a time to save the cost of each. Please communicate with customer service in advance before purchasing.

 

*Remote Area Extra Charge

If you live in a remote area, the shipping rates shown on this website are not final shipping rates.
In order to avoid the situation that the actual shipping cost exceeds the paid postage, please click CANCEL on the payment page after adding the shopping cart and submitting the order, and we will modify the shipping cost for you after receiving the order in the background.
You will be notified by email if the shipping fee has been modified, and then you can pay for the order normally.

*Declaration Official For Orders over $700USD

If an order over $700 USD needs to be officially declared, an additional customs declaration fee of $50 USD will be incurred. If you have any needs about customs clearance procedures, please contact customer service in advance. Our customer service will also take the initiative to send emails to contact you after receiving such orders.

 

*Responsibility of Duty to Brazil

Due to the change in Brazil's customs policy, the sender is not responsible for the customs duties incurred on all packages sent to Brazil. Please contact the customs clearance agency in advance to pay the customs duties in Brazil. If the goods are not cleared for a long time, resulting in a backlog of goods in customs and additional costs, all costs will be borne by the consignee.

The elevator and escalator will be shipped mostly by sea. Max can load 5-6 elevators/40HQ, but only 1 escalator/40HQ normally (due to their different shapes). Shipping by sea will arrive in 10-50 days depending on final destinations.

We pack every shipment with extra care. However, in the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage and let us know right away. Please also notify the carrier company and file a claim. The carrier should inspect the shipment and damage to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.
